The buttstock is a solid steel rectangular piece with black nylon molded all around it. Also includes gas tube handguard.

A rubber buttpad is part of the buttstock. With instructions and shim for achieving a perfect fit. Will fit most SKS rifles with the exception of those that accept or have sks folding stocks for sale modified for detachable mags.
